Welcome to Aura AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Aura AI's website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account, accessing, or using Aura AI, you confirm that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Aura AI provides AI-powered creative tools including:

• Text-to-Image Generation: Create images from text descriptions
• Text-to-Video Generation: Generate videos from text prompts
• Image-to-Video Generation: Transform images into animated videos
• Visual Effects: Apply AI-powered effects to your content

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

You may register using:

• Google Account authentication
• Email and password

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Using strong, unique passwords

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

4.1 Available Plans

Aura AI offers the following subscription tiers:

• Starter Plan: $29/month - 50 video tokens, 200 image generations
• Pro Plan: $59/month - 120 video tokens, 500 image generations
• Premium Plan: $99/month - 250 video tokens, 1000 image generations

4.2 Power-Up Purchases

One-time token purchases are available:

• Mini Boost: $14.99 ($10.49 for subscribers) - 15 videos + 100 images
• Power Pack: $29.99 ($20.99 for subscribers) - 35 videos + 200 images
• Ultra Pack: $59.99 ($41.99 for subscribers) - 75 videos + 500 images

4.3 Billing and Payments

• Subscriptions renew automatically monthly
• Payments are processed through LemonSqueezy, our payment provider
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Taxes may apply based on your location
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.4 Token Usage

• Video and image tokens are consumed upon generation request
• Tokens reset monthly on your subscription renewal date
• Unused subscription tokens do not roll over
• Power-up tokens do not expire
• Tokens are non-refundable once used

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period
• No refunds for partial months

5.2 Refund Policy

• Subscription fees are generally non-refundable
• Power-up purchases are non-refundable once tokens are added to your account
• Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for service failures or billing errors
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase

6. Acceptable Use Policy

6.1 Prohibited Content

You may NOT use Aura AI to create, upload, or generate:

• Illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Content depicting minors in any inappropriate context
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes
• Content promoting violence, terrorism, or hate speech
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content
• Content infringing on intellectual property rights
• Spam, malware, or malicious code
• Content violating privacy rights of others

6.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell or redistribute generated content as a service
• Use the Service to compete with Aura AI
• Overload or interfere with Service infrastructure

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you upload to Aura AI
• You grant us a license to process your content to provide the Service
• You must have rights to any content you upload

7.2 Generated Content

• You own the output generated by Aura AI based on your prompts
• Generated content is provided "as-is" without guarantees of uniqueness
• Similar prompts may produce similar results for different users
• You are responsible for ensuring generated content doesn't infringe third-party rights

7.3 Aura AI Property

• The Service, including software, algorithms, and UI, is owned by Aura AI
• Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements are protected
• You may not use our intellectual property without written permission

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using Aura AI, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Review content generated or uploaded to our Service
• Remove content that violates these Terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations

• Use automated systems to detect prohibited content

10. Service Availability and Modifications

10.1 Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access
• Maintenance windows may temporarily limit availability
• Service performance may vary based on demand and infrastructure

10.2 Service Changes

• We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time
• Pricing may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
• We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification

13. Termination

• You may close your account at any time
• Downloaded content remains yours after account closure
• Certain data may be retained as required by law

13.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• Your account is inactive for an extended period
• We're required to do so by law
• We discontinue the Service

13.3 Effect of Termination

• Access to the Service ends immediately
• Unused tokens are forfeited
• No refunds for remaining subscription time
• We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period

14. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Dispute Resolution Process

1. Informal Resolution: Contact us first to resolve disputes informally
2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, disputes may go to mediation
3. Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive participation in class actions or collective proceedings.

15. General Provisions

• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• Previous versions will be archived and available upon request

Our Service integrates with third-party providers:

• Firebase: Authentication and data storage
• LemonSqueezy: Payment processing
• Google: OAuth authentication

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

17. International Users

If you access Aura AI from outside the United States:

• You do so at your own risk
• You are responsible for compliance with local laws
• Content may be stored in servers located in various countries
• Data protection standards may vary

18. Age Restrictions

Aura AI is intended for users aged 18 and older. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the Service only with parental or guardian consent and supervision. Users under 13 are not permitted to use Aura AI.

19. Feedback and Suggestions

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Aura AI:

• You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them
• We have no obligation to implement suggestions
• We may use feedback without compensation or attribution
